  not waste the scholarship money. Whether
  describing your work ethics or experience, take
  time to show the reader that you are a good
  deserving person.

• In this final paragraph, you need to discuss your
  familys financial situation to try and leverage
  a few bonus points. If your familys financial
  situation would not qualify you for a need-based
  scholarship, then you should describe what
  separates your from the other applicants. What
  is unique about you?
