• Do not change the Indicator titles codes!
• Enter the performance data from your records

What to do

• Enter the targets from your PMP for upcoming
  Fiscal Years
• Submit to USAID (Program Office CTO)
• File data by indicator for the DQA

The Data Collation Schedule

• Data Collation Sheets sent by USAID Nigeria
  Program Office Early October
• IPs send completed sheets back to Program Office
  Early November
• MEMS enters data into its databases
• CTOs sign off on the data targets End
  November
