Problems

• Before the training

-I worried about the first internship day. This
was the first time for me, I was very pressure. I
dont know how to make the relationship between
me and everyone at the office. Im very exciting
and then I tried to remember the names of
everyone at the office because this way will make
the first impression for everyone. -I didnt
know the background of this company. And then I
tried to search more information.

• Quality
• I thought I can get more experience if I intern
  on the high season.
• Quantity (not much)
• I had to ask P taan for giving the duties. Even
  if he tried to find the duties for me but in that
  times, it dont have the customer, it will make
  me to help another section that it s beside my
  responsibility.

Strength

• Pacific World Company gave a chance for me to go
  outside like a real staff. I was glad that I was
  a part of this company. It made me to know the
  real situation and to get the real experience.

Weakness

• This company doesnt have the good management
  system. Even if it will have a project that every
  departments will help together but the office
  manager is very busy. She didnt tell everyone
  where she goes. After that it made me to help
  each others that I dont have enough potential in
  that time.

Suggestion

• Practical Training Program

-If FHT can move the period of training program
from low season to high season, this will make
the FHT student get more experience.
- For the payment of training program, FHT should
offer the benefit for students except credit and
grade.

• b. Curriculum

-The FHT should give the Tourist Guide License
for FHT student who was graduated
