OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

• Establishing a Clinical Register and Biological
  Bank of NAIT
• Indentification of novel platelet antigen by
  using clinical cases and SNP technology
• Production of native and recombinant platelet
  glycoproteins
• Production of recombinant human anti HPA
  antibodies
• Developpement and validation of antibodies
  detection assays
• Developpement and validation of antigen typing
  assays

RESULTS AT THIS DAY

• Standardization of 1 day MAIPA technic (to be
  published)
• Archive of clinical and biological data of 2000
  cases of NAIT
• Production of HPA-1a typing kit by using a
  specific recombinant human monoclonal antibody
  (on the market)
• Production of a anti HPA-5b human recombinant
  monoclonal antibody
• Kit for anti HPA-1a detection antibodies
• A cloning and production of recombinant GPIba,
  GPVI, CD109
• Use of lyophilized platelet as reagent for MAIPA
  test
