• Belief that an object, action, or circumstance
  not directly related to a course of events
  influences its outcome.

Hypotheses

• Females will be more likely to show stronger
  belief in superstitions than males.
• Older people will be more likely to show weaker
  belief in superstitions than younger people.
• People with higher class standing will be more
  likely to show weaker belief in superstitions
  than those having a lower class standing.
• Hard Science Majors (Biology, Chemistry, Computer
  Science, Math, and Physics) will be more likely
  to show weaker belief in superstitions than other
  majors.
• People with a higher grade point average will be
  more likely to show weaker belief in
  superstitions than those with a lower grade point
  average.
• People whose parents have completed a higher
  level of education will be more likely to show
  weaker belief in superstitions than those whose
  parents have received less education.
• High confident people level will be more likely
  to show weaker belief in superstitions than low
  confident ones.
• People who get  scientifically anxious when they
  are in situations in which they have no control
  will be more likely to show stronger belief in
  superstitions than the ones who do not get
  scientifically anxious

  and helps a wish come true.
• D-Evil Spirits cannot harm you when you are
  standing in a circle.
• E-Garlic protects from evil spirits and vampires.
  
• F-Friday the thirteenth is an unlucky day.
• G-If a black cat crosses your path, you will have
  bad luck.
• H-If you walk under a ladder, you will have bad
  luck.
• I-Breaking a mirror will bring you seven years of
  bad luck.

• From the hypothesis tests none of my hypothesis
  were proven.
