• Application
• Mix CA-001 with the cement body whose main
  component is inorganic mineral. When mixed, the
  multi-combined waterproof material is formed and
  achieve to waterproof.

• Construction
• 4.1 Ready
• When construction mold plate removes,
  clean the wood, metal, dust on the surface, then
  uses the 13 ratio (cement to sand) cement-sand
  to brush the surface well. When it is dries, then
  can start to construct.
• 4.2 Surface clean
• Clean the cement trash, oil slick, dust.
• B. Check the bottom strength, to avoid the
  unsuitable bonding to form the billowed
  situation.
• C. Repair the partial beehive situation on the
  construction surface.

• 4.3 Waterproof layer construction
• Dilute waterproof agent-H with 3 times of water
  to be the primer.
• B. Mix CA-001 and the cement body (weight
  ratio is 1 1) Put
• CA-001 into the plastic drum, then use
  the speedy electro-
• mixer to mix, then add slowly into the
  cement body to mix, until it is mixed well.
• C. When primer is going to be dry, then you
  can apply the waterproof layer. Waterproof layer
  needs to be constructed twice. Allow first layer
  to be dried before apply to the second layer.
  Total thickness of layer not less than 2.0mm,
  usage quantity is about 2KG/m2.

• D. The constructions height of the wall is 15cm.
  
• E. When the waterproof layer gets hard, then
  leave aside above 3 days, then start to construct
  others.
• Notes
• 1. Please keep CA-001 in shady place without
  direct sunlight or muggy surroundings.
• 2. Shelf life 12 months
• 3. Using dosage of resin to adjust the viscosity
  in order to get good elastic performance.
