Am I qualified?

• Singles can adopt.
• At least one adoptive applicant in a married
  couple must be a U.S. citizen.
• All above applicants are qualified for a child
  with medical conditions, if desired.
• Families with no more than four minor children
  living in the home can adopt from China.
• Families must document 10,000 of annual income
  per member in the household including their
  adopted child. A minimum of 30,000 annual income
  is required.
• Families must allow at least six months between
  the birth or placement of an adopted child in
  their home and the placement of their adopted
  Chinese child.
• Families who have adopted from China previously
  may submit their next adoption request to China
  once their previous adoption has been finalized
  for at least one year.
• No applicant may have had more than two divorces.
• Couples must have been married for at least two
  years at the time of child match.
• Most qualifications only include China, used as
  an example
