A Typical Day

• Passing the Wall
• 5 minutes to dress
• Squads/Attendance
• Warm ups
• Back stops/5 minute jog
• Activity

Requirements Recommendations

• MUST dress every day
• CSMS PE Shirt (first last name)
• Plain black, navy, white, or gray shorts
• Socks
• Proper gym shoes (laces)
• Deodorant
• Sweatshirts sweatpants (any color)
• Anything worn to school cant be worn in PE class
• Except socks, underwear, and shoes
• No undershirts
• No zippers, buttons, etc.

Hygiene

• Must wear deodorant daily
• Morning
• Bring some to put in PE locker
• Must wash your uniform once a week

Locks

• Every student receives a lock
• YOUR responsibility
• Must use your OWN locker
• Memorize your combination
• 25 push ups
• Cant open some one elses locker

Locker Rooms

• Get dressed get out
• No aerosol sprays
• No glass containers
• No horseplay or running around
• Flush toilets, turn off sinks
• Keep locker rooms clean
• Messy LR extra running
• Garbage at the end of the day

Rules

• Do not touch equipment without permission
• Do not go into the equipment room
• Do not go outside without a teacher
• Do not leave the gym to go to the bathroom,
  drinking fountain, nurse, etc. without permission
• Do not go into our offices unless we are in them
• NO GUM
• No watches, earrings, jewelry, etc.
• Books go in locker rooms
• Tardy 25 push ups
