Paint Your Heart Out, Inc. mission is to
help low to moderate income, senior and/or
disabled homeowners maintain their homes, and
ensure their dignity, safety and connections to
the community.
To fulfill its Mission, PYHO relies solely on
volunteers, private donations and fundraising.

PYHO - Program Objectives for 2009

• Refurbish the homes of low-income, high-risk
  seniors and disabled homeowners in the
  communities of Anaheim, Brea, Santa Ana, and
  Orange
• Prep and Paint 55 homes
• Repair/replace gates, garage doors
• Repair exterior wood rot or termite damage
• Yard work
• Landscaping
• Maintain relationship with homeowner for future
  minor repairs

1,500 community volunteers commit their time and
talent to Prep and Paint Days.

Each paint team consists of 15-20 volunteers who
donate about 20 hours each providing painting,
landscaping, and exterior home repairs.

Paint Day represents much more than a fresh coat
of paint. It is the realization of a renewal of
hope for some of the most vulnerable members of
our community.
Mr. Mrs. Harder
To deliver this hope, PYHO relies solely on
financial and volunteer support from individuals,
local businesses and private foundations.
In 2008, PYHO delivered 1.75 for every 1.00
donated, resulting in more than 515,000 in home
improvements in the communities of Anaheim, Brea,
Orange and Santa Ana.
