Welcome to the New LGCPA Members

• We want to take this opportunity to welcome all
  our new LGCPA Members.
• On our boys team we welcome, 1 new D-Team
  members, 2 new Future Stars and 1 new level 6.
  Along with our 3 competition team members, that
  brings our boys team up to a total of 13
  gymnasts!!! Wow we just keep on growing!
• On our girls team we welcome 4 new D-Team
  members, 5 new Future Stars, 4 new Hot Shots, and
  2 Level 4. This brings our girls team up to a
  total of 96!!! Amazing isnt it!

LGC-PA Fee Schedule FY09

• Association Fee of 100 (team) 25 (pre-team) was
  due August 15, 2008
• All association fees must be paid by October 10,
  2008 or the gymnast may not practice or compete
  until the fees are current (per LCG and LGC-PA
  membership registration forms)
• Team Meet Assessments cover meet and team entry
  fees for this years competitions
• Team meet assessments do NOT cover
• Coaches fees and expenses
• Travel expenses for families
• Late registration fees

FY09 Fundraising Events

• Fundraising is necessary part of the Parent
  Association, it allows us funds to cover coaches
  expenses, team social functions, and team related
  capital expenditures.

• Yahoo Group Please let Diane know if you are
  not receiving e-mails from parents group. There
  are two Yahoo groups-one for girls and one for
  boys.
• Website Updates Dont forget to check the
  website for information. The address is

• Team Bulletin Board Remember to check the board
  each time you come to the gym.
• Parents Folders Every pre-team and team member
  has a folder in the team files. Please remember
  to check your childs folder each time they are
  at the gym.

Annual Board Meeting Schedule

• Board Meetings are open to everyone and we invite
  you to attend.
• The Board meets in the after care room of LGC on
  the 2nd Friday of each month at 700 pm. If we
  have a meet that falls on that weekend we will
  postpone to another Friday.
