  your nursing care, complete the following
• Write five nouns or adjectives to describe the
  word DOG.

• Mr. Blue, a 76 year-old thin man, is admitted
  with pneumonia and placed on bedrest with
  bathroom privileges. He is short of breath and
  weak. His vital signs are temperature - 101.8 F,
  pulse - 88, respirations - 26, blood pressure -
  140/90.

• As lunch comes, Mr. Blue states, I am too tired
  to eat or drink. He drank 1/2 glass of juice. He
  ate poorly. The x-ray report revealed left lower
  lobe pneumonia. His wife reports he has lost six
  pounds. His urine is very concentrated. His skin
  assessment reveals no reddened areas or lesions,
  but poor skin turgor.
