    and prejudices, and to discover their impact on
    your nursing care, complete the following
  • Write five nouns or adjectives to describe the
    word DOG.

    to those that are negative, and a neutral sign (

    weak. His vital signs are temperature - 101.8 F,
    pulse - 88, respirations - 26, blood pressure -
    140/90.

    to eat or drink. He drank 1/2 glass of juice. He
    ate poorly. The x-ray report revealed left lower
    lobe pneumonia. His wife reports he has lost six
    pounds. His urine is very concentrated. His skin
    assessment reveals no reddened areas or lesions,
    but poor skin turgor.
