Unit Testing

• MP3 Parser
• 2.1.4.1 Detect Tempo
• 2.1.4.1.1 Tempo Test
• The function will parse the mp3 for tempo data.
  
• Inputs The function will take in an mp3 file.
• Outputs A blinking dot will be used to show the
  tempo for the test.
• Results If the tempo is detected correctly, the
  dot will appear to blink with the music.
• Side Effects none
