• All paid for 52 weeks
• Spinal point range 17-21

Risks of NOT reaching negotiated settlement

• Unilateral action to force Term Time pay would
  constitute a breach of contract (Counsel advice)
• Could terminate existing contracts and issue new
  contract

• Term time pay but with retainer pay during
  holiday period
• Half pay for weeks between Term Time and 52 weeks
• Green Book conditions for certain Term Time
  workers
• Backdating to September 2008

  revised subject to schools acceptance
