Delivery

• Your attitude - try to show that you are
  enthusiastic and interested yourself
• Be positive
• Dont get sidetracked
• Be confident
• Dont do all the talking - Get them involved by
  asking questions

• Give people time to think
• Choose who you want to answer
• Make sure that as many people are involved as
  possible
• If incorrect, dont react negatively
• Encourage
• Rephrase the question if necessary
• Repeat the answer so everyone can hear

• Dont put people off asking questions by rushing
  off
• Listen, dont interrupt
