  • Attended Mercer Island High School
  • Played football for Coach Nicholl and was on the
    only Islander team to play in the Tacoma Dome
  • Played football for Santa Clara University
  • Coaching experience
  • Lincoln High School, San Jose, CA (6 years)
  • Mercer Island High School (6 years/4 years as OC)
  • Coached 3 of the top 8 scoring teams in Mercer
    Island History since 1955
  • Skyline High School (2 years/QB coach)
  • Won 2 State Titles and went 28-0.
  • Coached 1 rated QB in nation

  • About 30-40 showing up on a regular basis
  • Lots of hard work, good effort, great attitude

  • Chance to have 4 teams next year if can get
    enough freshman and sophomores to turn out.
    Varsity, JV, Sophomore, Freshman.
  • Already on the KingCo 4A Sophomore schedule

    of the teams in the league

  • Lineman equipment
  • End zone camera
  • DVD burner
  • Head sets that work
  • Etc.

  • Have after game parties just for the players at
    someones house. Keep kids out of trouble.
  • Theme T-shirts
  • Provide Gatorade and Nutrition Bars at half-time
    for all varsity games
  • Provide snacks during tournaments
