- The Loss of Sailors and Marines to Preventable
PMV Mishaps Due to Alcohol, Speed, Fatigue and
Failure to Use Seat Belts is a Mission/Readiness
Concern. - Motorcycle Fatalities Continue a Steady and Rapid
Increase as Automobile Fatalities Decrease
Slowly. - NSC addressing mission/readiness degrader by
developing enhanced motorcycle training and a
training continuum. - NSC drafting Motorcycle Mentorship instruction
(release 3rd QTR 08). - Leadership by Example and Accountability for
Ones Actions (or in-action) are Key in making a
