• Being Replaced with Track It! Starting now.
• Two Ways to request help
• Email help_at_medicine.ufl.edu
• You will receive a reply back with a Work Order
  number.
• Self Service Web Only for Job Track approvers

• Logon with your Department of Medicine username
  and password.

• A large majority of Department of Medicine
  faculty and staff will use the email work order
  request system.

Web Based Help Request

• If you are currently a Job Track approver you can
  use the web based system to enter jobs for
  yourself and your team.
• Please be aware that you will only be able to
  view requests that you have entered into the
  system.
• If the system requests logon credentials, use
  your Department of Medicine username and
  password.
