Registration

• To register for the meeting please complete the
  Meeting Registration Form located on the home
  page of the ECC website (ecc.nacha.org).
• Every registration will receive an emailed
  confirmation (please allow 5 days for this).
• In order to be included on the final attendee
  list you must register by Tuesday, May 15, 2007
  (500 pm ET).

Travel

• NACHAs official travel agency, Omega World
  Travel, guarantees NACHA members will receive the
  lowest airfare available at time of ticketing.
  Omega can be reached at 800-394-8359. Be sure to
  provide the NACHA code CIMK-NACHA.
• The Marriott Rivercenter is located
  approximately 8 miles south from the San Antonio
  Airport (SAT). A taxi ride will take about 20-25
  minutes and cost 20 to and from the airport one
  way.

Meeting Fees/Attendance Policies

• All ECC members are urged to attend the May
  ECC meeting. It is at the ECC in-person meetings
  that the most important work of the Council
  typically takes place.
• The cost of attending the meeting is covered by
  your ECC membership dues unless otherwise noted.
  You are responsible only for your own travel and
  accommodation costs.
• A Member of the ECC can send to the meeting up
  to three individuals who are employees of the
  member company. To send more than three
  individuals, the member must obtain approval five
  or more business days before the meeting, and
  NACHA may assess a modest meeting fee per
  additional person.
• Guests - A guest is any individual representing
  a company or organization that is not a member of
  the ECC. Once a guest company or organization has
  been represented at one ECC meeting, the company
  cannot be represented at another ECC meeting as a
  guest for two years.
• All guests, whether invited by NACHA or by an
  ECC member, must be cleared five or more business
  days before the meeting. On-site guest
  registration is not allowed.

Publicity and Information Policy

• Discussions at ECC meetings represent the
  official deliberations of the council and as such
  require a free exchange of information.
• Remember that information shared in the sessions
  at the ECC meeting both in general sessions and
  in the work group breakout sessions is for use
  only within council discussions and debate.
  Because sensitive or speculative information is
  presented, you should exercise prudence on
  relying on information provided or publicizing
  actions taken by the council until formal action
  has been taken by NACHA unless such information
  or actions are later placed in the public domain.
• Information provided at ECC meetings is not to
  be provided to the press unless that information
  is otherwise in the public domain. The press does
  not attend ECC meetings.
