(TPP)
  • Programme developed following merger of Harrow
    Councils Adults and Housing Services in 2007,
    which sets out the services direction of travel
    over the next three years.
  • Unites both departments priorities by
    highlighting key strategic issues, including
  • delivering change that will meet national and
    local policy and guidance requirements, in
    partnership with all stakeholders from the
    statutory, independent and voluntary sectors
  • providing a clear focus for the departments to
    work together to plan future services in a
    co-ordinated and effective manner, making best
    use of available capacity and resource to improve
    services for the people of Harrow

    staff and service users to bring about
    sustainable improvement.
  • Will provide clarity on the core business of the

    and funding to better outcomes for customers.

    delivery stages across all agencies, to secure
    shared leadership and vision.
  • Greater involvement of service users, carers and
    representative organisations including
    under-represented sections of the population in
