Baseline Data Due

• Provide a snapshot of data before any change is
  implemented
• Measurement for learning, not for judgement do
  not be concerned if data is not as good as you
  had thought
• Used to measure progress over time

PDSA Cycles

• One PDSA cycle per topic per month
• Enter into Online Reporting System for feedback,
  support and good examples
• Improvement Model challenge receive feedback on
  structure of first PDSA completed after Learning
  Workshop 1
