The First year

• Emphasis is on teaching key physics fundamentals,
  vital mathematical skills and laboratory
  techniques.
• Weekly timetable- 10 hours of lectures
• 4 hour lab session
• 3-4 hours of tutorials and exercise
  classes

Latter years

• Proceeding years allow you to split off into more
  specialised areas of research, undertaking final
  projects alongside professionals in the lab
  environment.
• Wide choice of modules and practical work in the
  field of interest.
• Work experience opportunities, trips and special
  lectures.
