68.02m) - Pre-tax profit before goodwill increased by 38.3
to 15.38m (2002, 11.12m) - Basic earnings per share before goodwill
increased by 42.5 to 16.45 pence (2002, 11.54
pence) - Total dividend increased by 20.0 to 2.151 pence
