Introduction
  • As part of the President's Management Agenda and
    in cooperation with the Chief Financial Officers'
    Financial Systems and E-Government Committee, the
    Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is
    assisting with widespread adoption and
    implementation of Electronic Commerce/Electronic
    Data Interchange (EC/EDI) within the Department
    of Defense accounting and finance systems to
    improve financial management and expand
    electronic government

    only access to EDM documents

    contract payments for all DFAS locations

Electronic Standard Procurement System (SPS)
