• Determine your schedule.
• Finalize course outline (dept. or office) and
  syllabus.
• Set class schedule/assignments weekly if not
  daily.
• Determine your office hours (minimum hours set
  by campus and dean).
• Set testing/assessment milestones.
• Look ahead whats due at the end of the
  semester?

• Where will you work? Home or campus? How will
  you manage your computer files?
• How will you divide your time? Will you set
  aside certain times of day/ week for students?
  Planning? Grading?
• How will you make adjustments for unexpected
  contingencies? Snow days? Material taking longer
  to cover than expected?
• Will you need additional equipment? How do you
  plan for getting it on the right day?
