When will annualCLT data be collected?

• Provide list of participants for whom data will
  be provided by March 15
• Data on individual participants can be entered
  throughout the school year
• Avoid missing participants who leave before the
  end of the academic year
• Aggregate data should be entered into the system
  at the end of the school year
• System closes on May 15 each year
• Provide estimates for May 16-May 31
