ITI Engagement A possible platform technology

• More and more health delivery is electronically
  mediated (via web sites etc).
• A basic question motivating the platform is How
  did this application/system/service respond on a
  particular day to a given user? This is of
  interest for Data Protection, Liability and
  Ethical reasons.
• The goal is to create a platform technology that
  will allow us accurately to recreate a system at
  any point in the past.
• Digital content will come from Medical Schools
  and NHS trusts, the technology will leverage
  Scottish IT expertise, in particular NDCC,
  Database Group and eDIKT, configuration
  management plus others (Dundee, Glasgow, Aberdeen?
