Overview for 2001-2002
  • Fall 2001
  • Hardware Improvements added 1.5 million to
    upgrade equipment that will enhance system
    performance
  • Software Updates are being made to the system
    by Unisys (current contractor) and will use the
    current structure technology. System will
    function similar to last fall, but w/o the delays.

  • Winter 2001-02
  • Software is being built by a different contractor
    Pinkerton (same as PAS)
  • All new architecture
  • Collection will include IC and C as before but
    will allow institutions to also do EF if they
    want
  • Spring 2002
  • Will use the new architecture

    submit)

  • Part A -- Collect FT and PT degree-seeking UGs by
    race/ethnicity and gender (sum of old EF lines
    01-06 and 15-20)
  • Part B -- Collect age data for GR and FP students
    as well as UGs
  • Part D -- Collect unduplicated full-year
    headcount by race/ethnicity and gender, for UG,
    GR, FP
  • Part E -- Collect total UGs in entering class
