- Roll out of bed onto the floor.
- Crawl to the door.
- Feel the door with the back of your hand. Do not
open it. - If it is hot, crawl to the window and climb out
or yell for help.

- Be prepared to show your drivers license,
registration and proof of insurance. - Get other cars license plate number
- Get addresses and phone numbers of any witnesses.

- CHECK the condition of the person.
- CALL 911
- CARE for the person until help arrives.

- DUCK, COVER, HOLD until shaking stops.
- Get under a strong table or desk, in a doorway
away from windows, bookcases and mirrors or
anything else that could fall on you. - If you are inside a store, dont run to the exit.
Stay away from shelves. Find a place to wait
until shaking stops.

police to report the disturbance. - If you are locked out of your house.
