    (LAT-SS-1378) and Operations Agreement (to be
    written by the MOC)
  • Monitor of LAT HK and Science data is
    responsibility of ISOC
  • MOC able to monitor real-time and playback LAT
    housekeeping data and notify ISOC of out-of-limit
    conditions
  • MOC uses automated reporting system to notify
    ISOC personnel (via pager and email)
  • No critical monitoring required of MOC
  • MOC can view playback data earlier than ISOC
  • ISOC provides limits to MOC via LAT TC database
    delivery and updates
  • MOC may be asked to perform contingency
    procedures provided by ISOC and at the direction
    of the ISOC
  • MOC notifies ISOC when Instrument Alert message
    received
