• TOPEX CDF is an equipment designed to direct the
  joint traffic, providing to railway agents the
  means to achieve any type of operative, bilateral
  connection that the personnel requires.
• TOPEX CDF is a variant of digital switch that
  fulfills the requirements of dispatch centers
  with a small to average number of voice channels.
• The system features a modular structure,
  regarding the equipping of the central switch
  with interfaces as well as the operating
  positions (workstations).
• TOPEX CDF has been designed with a "star" form
  structure the kernel, central switching
  equipment, is connected directly to each
  Dispatcher Console.
