provide feedback and assist players to reflect in
an athlete-centered coaching environment.

in coaching rugby
- Demonstrate and apply Key Factor Analysis in
coaching rugby. Also use micro-coaching to focus
on a single KF.

to coaching rugby
- Demonstrate ability to coach across the coaching
style continuum
