Full Faith and Credit Provision Act of the 1994
Violence Against Women Act
Every temporary or final injunction, protective
order, or restraining order properly issued by a
State or tribal court must be given full faith
and credit by the court of another State or tribe
and enforced as if it were the order of the
enforcing State or tribe.
