Beginning Piano

• Piano can be a great introduction to the music
  world
• Piano is made up of Keys which use hammers to
  strike strings inside of a piano.

• Position yourself on the bench so that you are
  centered in the middle of the keys.
• Put both hands on the keys so that all five
  fingers are touching one key.
• Curve your Fingers like you are holding a tennis
  ball
• Play each key separately on each hand.
• Find the key Middle C
• Center white key of the piano
• Left of the two black keys

• My name is Lance Brinkman and I am a senior at
  Western Michigan University. I started playing
  the piano since I was in first grade, and I enjoy
