7Summary
Mission Statement
The UAS CoE, as the Army UAS Proponents
principle Management Agency, provides intensive,
centralized total capability management and
integration of all DOTMLPF considerations. The
CoE coordinates with all Army institutional and
operational organizations, Joint and other DoD
agencies as required, to achieve a coherent and
sustainable UAS strategy fostering the
development of relevant and responsive concepts
for current, emerging and future UAS
interoperability with all manned and unmanned
platforms.
UAS CoE Charter
Organization
- Synchronizes multiple enterprises to achieve a
coherent UAS - Strategy for the U.S. Army.
- Assesses UAS capabilities through collaborative
functional analysis . - Develops integrated DOTMLPF solutions to
resolve or mitigate - capabilities gaps.
- Ensures that UAS concepts and solutions are
integrated and support - larger Aviation Concept Capability Plans.
- Facilitates the integration of UAS capabilities
into the Live, Virtual - and Constructive (LVC) Domains for component
and joint training - exercises.
- Addresses airspace integration, joint command
and control, and - spectrum management issues.
- Coordinates efforts with the Joint UAS Center
of Excellence. - Coordinates with other DoD and OSD agencies to
facilitate - interoperability and integration with the
Joint community.
