  • Identify the designated Class A or B operator for
    each facility owned.
  • Provide documentation identifying the designated
    Class C operators must be available on site.
  • Begin performing and documenting monthly
    inspections of the fueling system.
  • Test secondary containment systems
  • Generate annual operational compliance report.
  • Have a compliance management plan in place.
