  and knowledge levels.

• The nature of UPK encourages standardization of
  training material which is particularly useful
  when multiple individuals are generating the
  material.

• Lessons Learned
• We have found the SA content only minimally
  useful.
• We would choose to re-record any steps that are
  incorrect as well as examples that are not
  realistic/appropriate for our campus.
• In the end, we generally find it easier to record
  our content from scratch because the recording
  process requires only minor effort.

• Lessons Learned
• You may find a need to edit the documents
  exported by UPK.
• If this occurs, you might end up making future
  edits to the individual, exported files instead
  of editing the central file. This process
  minimizes the time-saving effects of the product.
• UPK Player
• Users experience a learning curve when accessing
  the player initially but they seem to pick it up
  quickly.

• Lessons Learned
• UPK Player
• The browser support for the UPK player is limited
  to Internet Explorer.
• The player has four modes but we have not found
  Do It! Mode very useful. Do It! Mode will not run
  unless users lower the standard security settings
  on Internet Explorer.
