The Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum and the rough
endoplasmic reticulum both carry proteins to
Golgi
The smooth endoplasmic reticulum is found in
eukaryotic cells which, are found in all
kingdoms of life except monera. The smooth
endoplasmic reticulum can be considered the
transport system for the cell. A few functions
for it are that it makes lipids, processes
carbohydrates, and detoxifies some substances,
making them nontoxic. The smooth endoplasmic
reticulum to carry proteins to the Golgi complex
from the nucleus. It is built from tubules
vesicles and cisternea.
