- To the maximum extent practicable, agency
requirements shall be performance-based
statements (ref. FAR 8.405-2, (b)) - Pricing should be firm and fixed, unless
otherwise justified by the CO issuing the order - A set hourly rate is not a firm fixed price task
order - Firm fixed price means one set price to complete
the entire project
