• 1 Accept NC PC offered on Profile
• Located on Maintain Institutional Ap Panel
• Necessary to set Local Policy Option
• Amount added to Custodial PC
• 2 Use IM Override Button
• Open IM EXT 5
• Enter amount of NC PC desired
• Automatically overrides amount offered
• Amount added to Custodial PC

• We require non-custodial information
• We do a needs analysis to determine separate PC
• We need to store this data in PeopleSoft
• We need to compute PC using PeopleSoft

Panel Navigation Instructions

• Add second institutional application by
  navigating to Manage Needs Analysis
  2000-2001/Use/Add Institutional Application.
  INSERT ROW

• Navigate back to Use/Maintain Institutional
  Application/Update Display/Select Institutional
  Application NOT Profile
• Click on IM Override Button and set Application
  Source to Inst. App
• Enter all required parent data from Non-Custodial
  Form
• Parent Household/Expenses
• Parent Assets
• Parent Current Income
• Family Information
• Click on Calculator and note PC result
• Enter the amount you wish to make NC PC on IM Ext
  5 Panel-OK
• Switch the Application Source back to
  Profile-OK
• Exit from NC Institutional Application

• RE-CALCULATE. NC PC will be added to original PC
