Reporting Act)
- Creditors cant discriminate on the basis of
race, color, religion, national origin, sex,
marital status, age, or because an applicant
receives income from a public assistance program.
Creditors must tell consumers specific reasons
they were denied credit (Equal Credit Opportunity
Act)
