Daily operations are simple!
1. Select the check type to import.
2. Browse to find your data file
3. Watch the progress of the batch import.

View Imported Checks
Key sort fields for each check in batch

• Account Name
• Check Number
• Payee Name
• Check Date
• Check Amount

• Payee Number (can be used for department or any
  field in data)
• Print Status
• Number of signatures
• Number of pages (NEW!)

Sort the print order of the checks by any of the
fields by clicking on the header

Printing checks is easy

• If electronic signatures are dropped at amounts
  that you set, print checks that need a
  hand-written signature separately

• Print ALL checks

• Just ones that you have SELECTED

Overflow? No problem!

• In TCWS, the number of detail lines that will fit
  on one page is custom defined for the check page
  and each overflow page.

• Often more lines will print per page than the
  accounting system, cutting down the number of
  overflow pages.

Positive Pay Protect Against Fraud!

• It is difficult to measure, but annual check
  fraud is measured in BILLIONS of dollars and is
  growing each year
• Banks say that Positive Pay is the best defense
  for companies

• A file is generated that will be transmitted to
  your bank
• Before checks clear, they must match the
  positive pay file check , check amount and
  payee name
