• I am a two time survivor (1995 and 2008) of Stage
  III Colon Cancer.

• In October, 2008, when I had surgery, my health
  insurance covered my colon cancer surgery but it
  did not cover my chemotherapy. Also, because I
  was only 59, I was not covered by Medicare or
  Medicaid. I could not afford the chemotherapy.
  So, I did what I had to do to find the
