  • USLUGI.GOV.MK is centralized and standardized
    Information Portal for all citizens of Republic
    of Macedonia which improves access and use of
    information from the public sector and provides
    the citizens with a simple access to the main
    services of the public administration.
  • At the same time, it promotes online interaction
    among citizens and the Government.

Objectives
  • Establishing uslugi.gov.mk as a unique point of
    information access for the services that Republic
    of Macedonia offers its citizens and businesses
    (one-stop-shop)
  • Reduction of the time needed for finding
    information for the Government services
  • The citizens will be able to access an
    information regarding a change of procedure for
    certain Government services in a timely manner
  • Reduction of the time needed for distribution of
    the information for the Government services
  • Linking the Government agencies and establishing
    of a starting point for developing a central
    position for building Government knowledge
  • Establishing procedures for easy change of the
    existing and introduction of new services
