  year revenue growth rate. To qualify a company
  must
• Be an independent, privately held corporation,
  partnership, or proprietorship.
• Have a 3-year sales history.
• Have had an increase in sales from fiscal year
  2000 to 2001.
• Have sales of more than 75,000, but less than
  25 million in fiscal year 1999.
• Be located in the greater Philadelphia region.
