must - Be an independent, privately held corporation,
partnership, or proprietorship. - Have a 3-year sales history.
- Have had an increase in sales from fiscal year
2000 to 2001. - Have sales of more than 75,000, but less than
25 million in fiscal year 1999. - Be located in the greater Philadelphia region.
