Project InfoCare

• Located in Bolivar, Missouri (Population 10,000)
• Full integration of one EHR to serve hospitals,
  physician offices, and homecare within integrated
  delivery system
• Commenced in December 2002 with LTC onboard in
  September 2003
• Includes 1 residential care and 5 LTC facilities
• Value proposition for inclusion of LTC data is
  huge
• Hospitals and providers have more data to work
  with
• Sound clinical information at point of care
• Can help with patient transfers
• Despite thin LTC operating margins, revenue from
  multiple facilities allows for LTC investment
  cost to be absorbed more easily across entire
  system
