• Read Cinderella retold by Barbara Karlin to the
  class (any Cinderella retelling would work.)
• Have the children read Cinderquacker, a retelling
  by Mike Thaler from Scholastics Literacy Place
  Unit 2 ..
• This is a compare/contrast lesson using a T chart
  organizer.
• Follow-up activities could include comparing the
  setting, problem, ending
