Summary 2006-2007

• 2 major accidents in 2007,
• grounding of Server, conventional bulk carrier,
  19864 Gross Ton. Consequence major pollution
• Capsize of anchor handler Bourbon Dolphin, built
  in 2006, Consequence loss of 8 crew members
• Reduction in most type of accident except for
  groundings which is increasing
• Frequent cause of groundings is fatigue
