2Self organising principles
- To facilitate our process of development we were
delighted to welcome Harrison Owen, the founder
of Open Space Technology. - He introduced the framework and principles of the
two days and gave us the space to develop.
3The facilitator leaves .
Harrison introduced us to the four principles of
Open Space Whoever comes is the right people
Whatever happens is the only thing that could
have Whenever it starts is the right time When
its over its over And the single law the
law of two feet and demonstrated it allowing
us to enter our space.
4And we begin .
We found our own inspiration to shape the
questions and issues which we believed needed to
be addressed. We then took responsibility for
holding a session on the topic and trusted that
others who share our passion would join us.

Each person with a passion there was no

6The timetabling who and when
Day one provided four time sessions to negotiate
alongside multiple topics. The participants
merged similar areas together agreed order
felt the lack of formal structure and took
responsibility for their own learning and needs.

possibilities
