Create a new Part file

Draw a circle with the circle tool

Select the General Dimension tool,
Click the circle and drag out the dimension.
Double-click dimension and change to 3

Switch to Part Features and choose Extrude
Set Extrude distance to 3 and click OK

Rotate your cup to see in 3D

Switch to Part Features and choose Shell
Step 6
Set thickness to 0.1 in and click OK

Save your cup as cup.ipt
