Vision Plan for Facilities

• Objective 1 In year one, collect and coordinate
  existing and new recommendations and guidelines
  used by churches to determine the adequacy of the
  Hillcrest facilities. Establish guidelines for
  Hillcrest highlighting those areas which require
  critical/immediate attention. Develop and publish
  a short term plan for the present Hillcrest
  facilities.
• Objective 2 In year three, collect and
  coordinate recommendations and guidelines to meet
  a future anticipated facility need which
  accommodates the expected growth of the church.
  This could include a church plant, site
  expansion, or multiple sites.
